Return Policy


At Kerala Bites, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food and perishable products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are applicable only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The product is missing from the order

2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with order details and supporting images, if required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed food items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Kerala Bites may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
